Federal Jobs Virtual Workshops

The federal hiring crowd has once again decided we will do even earlier job postings once again this year – crazy that we could even consider “earlier” as a thing but here we are looking at many jobs posting in December. If you are interested in a seasonal position within the federal government, jobs are posted now. Most of the NPS “local”/Midwest region jobs will post in December to start in April/May/June depending on the position. This is your heads-up to get that resume ready for applying for a job now! With a crunched timeline again, I’ve decided to do two virtual workshops with the Nichole McHenry, Relevancy, Diversity, and Inclusion Program Manager for the Midwest Region (Interior Regions 3, 4, 5) and likely a few other federal employees. Everyone is invited: students, prospective employees, local folk, not-quite-so-local folk, career services professionals, etc.

I’ve created a form to capture interest and emails so I can send the workshop link as the dates approach. Sign-up here!

  • Workshop 1: Friday, November 19 from 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. CST
  • Workshop 2: Wednesday, December 1 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. CST
