The Computer Science Department is looking for non-Computer Science Undergraduate students looking for employment.

These positions will support the administrative and financial functions of the Department.


1. Error-free filing
2. Making Folders
3. Making copies
4. Faxing
5. Scanning
6. Delivery of materials to other campus locations
7. Assisting with auditing reimbursement requests
8. Front Desk Support
Greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, referring questions to appropriate office staff, opening/closing department reception area, cleaning, and other duties as assigned.
9. Miscellaneous duties as assigned

These positions are needed 10 hours per week.  Hours need to be consistent each semester and must be worked between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday – Friday.

Program Dates:

We will be offering workshops in late January 2018. Please complete our short application form to participate. We are offering three options for attending — either:

  • Tues, January 23 (3:00pm to 5:00pm) in Nolte 140 AND Tues, January 30 (3:00pm to 5:00pm) (2 sessions) in Nicholson 115 OR
  • Friday, January 26 from 11:00am to 2:30pm (one long session) in Nolte 140 OR
  • Friday, February 2 from 1:00pm to 4:00pm in Nolte 140 (one long session).
